Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. Don't worry items are easily removed. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo and American Express. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by PayPal, we do not even see your credit card number. See the section on Credit Card Security for more information.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All orders are sent free of charge to the UK mainland.

Most orders will require a signature when delivered. The courier will attempt to deliver your parcel on 2 occassions after which time it will need to be collected from the delivering depot. If you wish to arrange redelivery after this time then a £5 redelivery charge is payable.

For overseas orders no shipping is added at checkout. On receipt of your order we will contact you by e-mail to provide a quote for shipping to your country as cheaply as possible.
Delivery Schedule We endeavour to ship most items from stock within 24 hours of receipt of order. Some items are sent to customers direct from our suppliers. Where possible we advise this in advance.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT at 17.5% is added to all orders.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any purchase please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

PinPoint Monitors carry a 2 year guarantee against defects in material and workmanship (excludes probe).

Privacy Policy PinPoint by JustKoi do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by:

- phoning us on 01375 390329 - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs and other software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

You will receive a full refund, minus the original carriage charge for sending it to you. You will be liable to pay return postage costs if we have despatched the goods prior to your cancellation being received.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:

- you return your product without proof of purchase
- the seal has been broken on any software, video or DVD
- the goods were a special order to your specification.
